I had a washing machine quit on me and needed a service call to see if the washer could be fixed. Robert came out and confirmed the washer needed a control panel which was almost the price of the 8 year old washer. He even showed me a component on the circuit board that melted. We decided to replace the washer. Then Lowe's would not use my old mounting bracket for stacking the washer so Robert came back out and made the mounting bracket work. Lowe's told me I needed to buy a matching dryer. What? Robert came to the rescue. I was so happy to find a good Appliance repair person in the Sparta, NC area. Thank you Robert!
