We use Lakeside for all our HVAC needs and they have always been great. Honest, timely and a great value. Our technician Casey just finished up a bi-yearly service, and unlike many heating and air companies in Charlotte they provide honest answers and feedback without trying to sell me things that I don’t need. This is a great company who is very personable. When you call, there was no voice mail telling you to leave a message, no answering service, Brittany answered all my calls and inquiries about their services. I set up a maintenance service for my A/C and Furnace. A technician name Brad came for the service. He was awesome. Very knowledgeable. I highly recommend this company. Very easy going, very professional, and very reasonable!!
