Our sump pump on the well just died after 25 years of faithful pumping. T. Smith sent out his people and they found a crazy set up the original owners had installed. They installed a new pump but the water didn't pump so they tried to instruct is over the phone how to fix it. I finally said this isn't something in our wheelhouse of skills and, at 7pm on a Friday night, the most polite and diligent worker named DJ came out and spent several hours in the dark in our woodsy backyard fixing our problem. If I have ANY problems in the future that T. Smith can address, I will be calling in them. Highly recommend.Services: Outdoor plumbing system repair

I called Tony to get a 2nd opinion on an estimate to replace tub faucet and knobs. Not only did they get it done same day but also at a much more reasonable price. The plumber was super nice and personable and got the job done quickly. Wonderful service, will use them for all plumbing in the future!Service: Faucet installation

I had no water and needed my issue done same day. Tony had his team come out, problem was diagnosed and solved including a wasp and hornets nest which the guys also took care of. Pricing was fair and reasonable for professionalism, high quality, labor work, etc. Highly recommend !
