Refrigerator was worked on. It started cooling temporarily. Then went to warm feeling. It seemed to try to cool, then stopped. I need a call back and to be rescheduled for a proper repair.

Mr Tim, (your Rep ) got to my Home when he stated he would. He was very Cordial and knowledgeable. He showed me, and explained to me the replacement part, and installed what was needed for my Refrigerator in a very timely and efficient manner.. Thank You!

Jarvis is very knowledgeable, professional, and personable. He takes the time to explain what he's done to fix the problem and why it happened.
