The service provided was excessively overpriced and the need was pressured in my opinion. Charged over 6K for toilet cleaning and a hand dug install of a sewer cleanout. The snow and ice storm was coming in a few days and I was told the toilet cleaning would only last a few days and it was imperative to install the cleanout pipe. I've asked for photos of the finished work, etc., told via text that it was being worked on and have not received any to date. I think your services are not for residential. Also, the documents via email would not open. I texted the issue to the representative and no response was provided. I'm sure the piping installed was about $200, maybe. The work took less than 3 hrs which would leave the hourly charge over 2K per hr. Hand dug pics attached, after the pipe was cut.. I did provide my comments to the representative via text and maybe he didn't like it that I ask him did he think the charge was excessive. Maybe that upset him, however, I'm the customer and am entitled to my opinion. Work was performed 1/23/26. I reached out via text 2/4 asking for pics and informing that the email docs would not open. Lastly, reached out again via text 2/25/26, again with no response to date of 3/4/26.

Just needed the kitchen faucet replaced.Was going to charge me over $700 to do so. Extremely overpriced wouldn't recommend them to nobody. I give them a rating of zero Stars. Ended up changing it myself for 50 dollars. Something that's that overpriced to me is stealing from the customer.

I called for a dishwasher installation and they had a technician there within 2 hours. L was courteous and professional. He explained the costs clearly and the installation went smoothly. Highly recommend!

I had a plumbing emergency at night. Roto Rooter sent one of their team members by the name of L arriving faster than I expected and immediately assessed the situation. Not only did he resolve the issue efficiently, but he also took the time to explain what was going on and how to prevent future problems. His professionalism and expertise made a stressful situation much easier to handle. I highly recommend him for any plumbing needs!
