Rich and his team put in two split units for my grandparents. They were extremely professional and showed great customer service towards them. I highly recommend Pinnacle for your home needs.
Rich and his guys are always professional. They show up and do the job and never try to sell anything you don't need. They have handled residential for me as well as commercial jobs. HVAC, plumbing, electrical and other odds and ends. Would definitely recommend as your next call when issues arise.
Update! I had an issue with my A/C. I received a call back about 5 minutes after I left a message and they came out first thing the following morning! Jarib fixed the issue, even though the part was not under warranty, they gave me a heck of a deal - and he finished the repair quickly! The team always respects my home and are professional, polite, and super reasonable in price! 100% would recommend!Original - Excellent service. Super nice staff.
