My husband loves this place! He was looking for something different than a gym and heard of the Muay Tai Kick-boxing classes. He was worried that his age would be an issue so he took a few private lessons then tried a free group class...he has been hooked every since. The evening classes are diverse and turned out to be perfect for his fitness goals and a great outlet for PTSD! The owners and staff truly love what they do and spread good vibes!

Sensei mike really knows his stuff. The staff are very friendly and A very welcoming environment. I Definitely recommend NC Budo for kids and adults alike.

It is fun and there is not that many people going yet. they have a chalk wall. a lego wall. and they have a bar for snack.
