The most relaxing, loving, healthy place to be! Jenny, Sky, Alessia, and the other teachers are not just kind but inspirational. Every time I walk into the studio, I automatically feel the good vibes, and happiness.. the teachers take their time and make sure you are comfortable with every position that you move! Definitely recommend this place.. meditation, beginning yoga, and my favorite aerial! I encourage everyone to visit just once. It changed my life and I appreciate all of them 🩷

Jenny is amazing ! She takes time to guide participants at their individual level within a group setting with ease. Her masterful personal skill level inspires each participant. Jenny reminds each of us to strive for our personal best. Great variety of classes and times. All ages, all skill levels welcome and treated with respect and kindness.

At most yoga studios, I’ve felt judged because I have poor balance or I felt the instructors were indifferent to the students. Jenny breaks ALL the preconceived notions about yoga and meets each yogi where they are in their yoga journey. Jenny radiates joy and positivity and she truly cares about her students.
