I have been trying to get my mailbox keys replaced for two weeks and no one would come out to Kings Mountain and help me. I called late in the evening, after dinner time and they still answered the phone and came out the very next day. I'm not sure of my technician's name, but he kept in contact with me, letting me know of any delays (always appreciated). He was super helpful and efficient. I appreciate you for coming to help us! If I need a locksmith in the future, I will absolutely remember this business first!!

Pj is phenomenal. The service was quick, he arrived roughly 10 minutes after I called about my key being locked in my car. He was very nice and professional. He has a variety of payments that he will accept to make it easier for customers.

J&A Locksmith, brilliant service, could not lock or unlock front door to our apartment, rang them at 11.45 am, Juan and his assistant came to look at our door, came back a 3pm same day, and replaced lock and new keys, fabulous service will recommend
