If your pets are your family like mine are, then I strongly suggest you NOT ever take your pet here. We moved to the area last year, and based on online reviews I took Leo, my Shiba Inu, here for a basic exam/new patient visit. His first 2 visits I didn't even get to speak to or even meet the vet treating Leo. I was charged in advance for a stool sample that I never gave them. I gave them the benefit of the doubt assuming they were just busy, etc. They would demand that I drug my dog before even a basic visit/vaccinations and then give him more drugs while he was there. To the point that he was so drugged that he wouldn't wake up for a day, could barely walk. The last straw was when Leo was attacked by a family member's dog during our Thanksgiving vacation in Ohio. Leo had multiple deep puncture wounds on his head and neck. He was treated immediately after the attack by an emergency vet in Ohio. Once we were back in NC a couple days later I took Leo to Grace because we discovered more bite wounds. The vet at Grace couldn't even be bothered to TOUCH Leo to examine him. She told me to show her the wounds myself and barely looked at them. She wrote an Rx for pain and gave us some wound wash and sent us on our way. I ended up having to take Leo back to another urgent vet 2 days later. Grace Animal Hospital could not care less about their patients. Fortunately I've now found a wonderful vet that thinks outside the box and offers distraction/treats to give Leo his shots. NO DRUGS. Grace Animal Hospital takes the easy (for them) route. If treating animals with care and compassion is not a priority, I think you're in the wrong business.

Selena is truly exceptional. From the moment you walk in, her warmth and compassion are immediately felt. She goes above and beyond for every customer, treating everyone with patience, kindness, and genuine care. What really stands out is how compassionate she is with animals — it’s clear she doesn’t just see them as appointments, but as beloved family members. Watching her interact with them is incredibly reassuring and heartwarming. She creates such a calm, welcoming environment and makes what could be a stressful experience feel comfortable and positive. Selena is an absolute gem, and the place is lucky to have her as one of the first face customers see. The front staff there is truly exceptional.

We have total trust in Dr Sprinkles knowledge & ability. We have been customers for many years and rely on him to care for our rescue dogs. We do not live anywhere near their location, but the long drive is worth it for the peace of mind

Dr. Kenney was an incredible help with my cats procedure! She made me feel calm, confident, and knowledgeable in the care my cat needed. The whole office staff was amazing, the office itself is beautiful and warm/welcoming, and the costs are fantastic. We had to take my cat to the emergency vet the day before and what the emergency vet would have charged us to do the exact same procedure they did at Grace would have been 5 times more, LITERALLY! Grace Animal Hospital's price was a comfort on its own and made me feel a lot less stressed financially. The staff and Dr. Kenney eased my nerves emotionally, and the amazing care helped my senior cat immensely. I cannot thank them enough.
