Probably the worst dental cleaning experience I’ve ever had. It took 2 hours. They told me that I may even have to reschedule because they may not have time for me to do a basic cleaning. I felt like I had just been to the most obnoxious used car dealership. They upcharge services that your insurance doesn’t cover and tell you that you need Invisalign or your teeth will fall out. Also was told I had 6 cavities after not having any 6 months before. They must’ve thought I had STUPID written across my forehead. NEVER GOING HERE AGAIN. MONEY HUNGRY DENTAL OFFICE. Also, the hygienist I had looked like she just graduated high school.

Dr. Dunning and the staff at Fresh Dental are fabulous. Warm, welcoming, and always willing to help. What I like most about Dr. Dunning is that he’ll sit down with you, explain exactly what’s going on, and give you a clear plan. You can ask questions, and he’ll give you honest answers — even if they’re not always what you want to hear, you know he truly cares and wants to help. I’ve been to him twice and would highly recommend him to anyone needing dental work. Thank you, Dr. Dunning and staff!

Absolutely enjoyed my long appointment to fix my dental issue I can’t believe I literally wrote that It was not painful at all It was a lot of communication laughter and commitment All the staff are amazing

If I could give this place 0 stars I would. I went to them about 10 years ago when they were under a different name and the experience I had was fabulous! My dentist was GREAT!
Fast forward to 2 weeks ago. First my partial dislodged from my teeth. No problem adhesive held them in BUT then I dropped it and of course it took a huge chip from the front of them. It looks horrible. Now I have to go to the dentist.
So I got an appt with FRESHDental today at 10am. I was there a little early and I waited another 30 minutes to be called back.. Fine it happens. Now, first girl in my room stopped me cold turkey when I went to talk about money. Come on.. tip to dental asst. Next time, just tell the patient that.... We know that money is important subject to cover and we are going to have someone speak to you that can help answer all your questions.
NEXT, in came the doctor, but this is just not some ordinary doctor, this guy was also like a used car salesman. He pretty much told me.... You can leave here how you came in or you can spit out $7000. I am not stretching the truth. It was like he was saying... ooohh you cannot afford it? Too bad. You either pay up for the most expensive option or leave like you came in with a jacked up grill. This dentist knows how important peoples smiles are so he uses it to his advantage. Then this guy walks over to the next patient right beside me and everyone in the place can hear him doing the same thing he had just done to me. RUDE, PUSHY, INTIMIDATION, AND NOT A CARE IN THE WORLD FOR HIS PATIENTS OR THEIR PRIVACY.
I cannot believe they are running a dental office like a used car lot. And TRUST ME.... THEY KNOW EXACLTY WHAT THEIR DOING.

Phone staff- Madison was very rude, short and unhelpful. Waited over an hour to speak with a supervisor after interacting with the rude front desk person, before deciding that clearly they don’t care about client care or satisfaction. My family will actively avoid this company and any company the owners become associated with. We originally chose them because of the overall good reviews, but all recent reviews tell a different story. Surely this will be a bullet dodged.

DO NOT GO TO FRESH DENTAL !!! Unless you want to be Scammed out of your money !!! I left a bad review on Wednesday. The response ask me to call and work things out. I called multiple times left messages with front desk and voicemail messages. Both said the manager would call back ... NO ... NEVER!! So again don't fall for their response if you are not happy with their services!

Rikki is a wonderful hygienist and professional. She is always so kind, gentle, empathetic, and takes her time to educate patients about dental health and procedures that often seem overwhelming. I am very grateful to her and Dr. Dunning!

Omg this is the best dentist I have ever been to the employees are amazing people very knowledgeable and helpful polite and kind people I have ever encountered the experience was awesome the dentist that did my fillings was amazing no pain at all I would recommend them to everyone they are the best very professional

I was charged $75 for nothing. I just wanted to get my teeth cleaned! I was charged for an x-ray not covered by my insurance. I wished I was asked beforehand. I would not have agreed. I stated several times, I just wanted a basic cleaning. Fresh Dental had to make up a way to get some cash 💸 💰 🤑, from me. 😔 They will NEVER see me again. The office staf was lovely, none the less.
