I was in and out in 15 minutes. I thought my phone needed a new speaker, but all he had to do is clean it! I was happy to have to pay a lot less than I had feared! I am very satisfied.
This is what customer service is supposed to be like! I consider myself ignorant when it comes to computers. I had issues with my laptop that were beyond my knowledge so I googled computer repair and this place came up. I noticed the phenomenal reviews and decided to go speak with them. The young man who helped me was incredibly good at his job. The initial cost was only $20 to do a diagnosis. He said it may take a day or two to go through it. When I went to pick it up, the same young man, was again, above and beyond good customer service. There wasn't any extra cost! I was shocked! Andres was excellent! He let me know when he was on the way, arrived on time, and had my screen replaced in 15 minutes! Highly recommend! Thanks so much for the friendly fast service.
