Ken was amazing with my parent's fireplace installation.
He took time to meet with them and go over all the options as they decided to upgrade their fireplace.
Ken then returned for the installation and even allowed us to film a video for my parents so they would have a reference when they needed to turn on and off the system and feel safe about the steps.
Ken your kindness and patience with all our questions was above great customer service. Thank you for giving my parents a peace of mind- PRICELESS!!!!
I am writing this review for Wall Mechanical Contractors today for a special reason. We have been extremely satisfied with the promptness and quality of service with them for over 15 years here in Cary. Ken's subject matter expertise and customer focused services are top notch in this area. We had some payment issues in the system from our side and to our surprise, Ken personally made sure he resolved the issue even in the payment systems even though we did not really expect him to. In the whole process, their customer service coordinator in their back office was also very collaborative. Overall, we would rate this company and services as outstanding.
Ken Wall and his guys are ABSOLUTELY amazing. I could not have asked for a better company to help with our HVAC issues. They were quick to respond, quick to repair, and made the process so easy. They even let my little boy (who is obsessed with “worker guys”) gear up- tool belt, caution vest, hard hat and all, and “help” when they came out to our house. His little dreams came true, and our house was back up and running in no time. If you’re looking for the BEST in town, Ken Wall is your guy! Thank you again for everything!
