The wait was about 2 hours. Reasonable. I believe that one can plan ahead, if possible, and reserve time. The staff is PROFESSIONAL, COMPETENT and COMPASSIONATE; they can't go in to depth (no blood work, some X-rays/quality(?) can be done) but will help the best they can.

I go to this urgent care whenever I need to be seen immediately and I’ve yet to be disappointed. The staff are very professional patient and understanding. I suggest this location over the midtown six forks rd location to who ever needs medical attention without the desire to go to the ER.

Once again, I’ve been blessed by medical professionals who care and were able to get me the care and treatment needed! Huge shout out to PA Eric Rutland and his staff for working so diligently with me!
