I am traveling and stopped by Ulta in Garner in hopes of getting my roots touched up without an appointment. Luck had it that Thomas Costa had a cancelation and was able to take me. He did a wonderful job both coloring my hair and giving it a great blowout! If I lived in Garner, I would go to Thomas each month! He was both kind and knowledgeable on how to make my hair look great! Thanks Thomas! ?
