I’m not one to leave a bad review usually but I went for a blowout and left with damp hair and no real styling. $50 wasted when I could have easily done that at home. The staff was nice, but if you are going for a hair service, I would suggest looking elsewhere. I also had an appointment at 12 but needed to wait until 12:15 to be seen.

My rating went to a 1 to a 5 star just from my recent experience. I haven't been to this location in years but use to shop here when I lived in garner and never had the best experience But yesterday I visited and the lady from Clinique bar helped me and gave me a lot of helpful advice on how to care for my skin She was very friendly empathetic and I walked away feeling like a made a new friend it was a great experience compared to any other time I had visited. I didn't get her name, but she honestly had made my entire day after that. I been having issues with my skin and she really did make me feel so much better. i went in about a month ago to purchase the mac stone lipstick, and an employee immediately asked if I needed help finding anything. I let him know what I was looking for, and he saw that it was out of stock at not only this location, but the other Ulta locations in the Raleigh area. he helped me to place an online order and waived the delivery fee which was so sweet, and my lipstick came in just a few days later! excellent service.
