Another customer received excellent service when an employee helped to place an online order for a Mac Stone lipstick and waived the delivery fee. The staff was nice, though some hair services may not meet expectations.

The store itself is great however I avoid it. Every time I try to go inside the ultra at white oak there is always people right outside the store trying to sell things. Sometimes with no affiliation to anything just random people hanging outside harassing patrons that just want to walk in the store and shop. At this location there is a kohls right next door with a Sephora inside. Sephora has now earned my business. The owner of this ultra clearly allows people to basically panhandle right outside the doors
Amanda was amazing in helping me pick out a foundation and other products. She was patient with my questions and explained her answers very well. I didn’t feel awkward or uncomfortable for asking for help. Plus she had really great eye shadow!
