I called in to Tower Heating & Air to get some information about my newly installed BOSCH HVAC which was actually completed by another company. I was hoping to get just a couple minutes at most of someone's time to ask a few questions about the unit, but I was pleasantly surprised when Reggie, the service manager took upwards of an hour going over not just my system, but my ductwork and layout of my home in hopes of providing me maximum efficiency. I remind you, that I did not buy the equipment or have the install done by Tower Heating and Air, as I live about an hour away, but Reggie still took the time out of his incredibly busy morning to help me out. It is hard to find customer service like this these days, but Tower Heating & Air provides just that. They have gained a customer in me moving forward, as I will be contacting them about a new water heater in the very near future.
