Unsure how she went out to my listing in Fuquay during a third straight day of gray skies and rain and managed to make the exterior AND interior look as though the session took place during a beautiful morning, but my clients and I were very pleased. This was my first time having Nick do my listing photos and I'm very pleased with the result. I had a basic photo package with two aerial shots, amenities photos, and three virtually staged rooms. The project is a renovation and the house is vacant so Nick took some angles that show off house features very nicely. I ran into some issues downloading photos when trying to enter them into MLS....probably my lack of technical skills more than anything else. Nick and Sara were right there walking me through even at 10 PM. Can't beat that kind of support.
