I signed up online, I was scheduled for an in home estimate. The day and time for the estimate came by and no one showed up or called me. I called them to see if anything was delayed and they said they do estimates over the phone. That doesn't align to anything from the website or emails I had received, and I had waited about an hour so I can't imagine what they're like when actually scheduling a regular service.

Wonderful work by Lulu and Giselle of Molly Maid SE Wake County! I was so impressed with their attention to detail and going above and beyond my expectations with their cleaning. They were also very cheerful, friendly and professional during the two hours they worked. I highly recommend this cleaning service.
