The last two times I've been in there they butchered my haircut. You'll never see the same stylist twice. It's a revolving door for random ppl who are doing hair for the first time I will never go back

I haven been getting my haircut for years at the Raleigh location by Maribel. She’s amazing. This review is not directed to her. I called my Raleigh store and was told she was working at the garner location. A lot further away from me. I called at 11am and I was told she had an appointment at 11:45p. I took it and hurried to get there due to my commute. Upon arrival Maribel was surprised to see me. She informed me that I had been double booked. I explained that I just spoke with someone not 49 minutes ago. The two ladies at the desk acted like it wasn’t them but obviously was. Maribel was very apologetic and I didn’t make a fuss. But this is basic customer service desk job duties that whoever took my phone call cannot comprehend. As I say I love lady Jane’s pricing and Maribel but this was disappointing

Very nice staff! Good haircut! On my first visit! I just went back for my 3rd visit, 2nd visit was super great. This visit wast not so great. Stylist was more interested in her phone than my service. Are you guys prices different for every stylist? Today way 10$ more for less service. Last time the lady rinsed my hair after. Was not even an option today. Don’t know if it is a promo thing or what. Did see a guy get his done. Might try a different location next time. Probably not back here.

I originally left a negative review about a very poor phone experience at this location. I want to update my review because Michelle, the manager, reached out to me personally. She was respectful, professional, and apologetic. She acknowledged the situation, shared that she is actively looking into it, and assured me that steps are being taken to improve customer service.
I still feel the original experience should never have happened, especially when I was calling for an important occasion, but I appreciate that Michelle took the time to follow up and make it right. Her response shows that the management here does care about customers.

My experience here has been nothing short of amazing. My barber Lila always makes sure she takes pride in my haircut. She is efficient, precise, and very caring. She is amazing at what she does and she makes me feel happy to come to each appointment. I always leave the chair looking like a new person and feeling even more confident than when I arrived.
I have been going to Lila for almost a year and I will continue to stick with her for as long as I get my haircut. She is the best!! 🤗

I have been getting my family’s haircuts here for 3 years. Lila not only cuts mine, but she also cuts my 3 youngest kids hair. There’s no other place or person I will let cut my hair. I love this place, because they offer old school barber treatments. I love the straight razor shave. This place is the best.
