Mike with Integrity Roofing and Restoration was a true partner in replacing my roof from storm damage. He helped by documenting and reporting the damages required by my insurance carrier. After approval of the claim, Mike brought in a very professional team to replace my roof. The follow-up following the installation has been great. After the heavy rain yesterday, our son told us this morning that he noticed a wet spot mark on his bedroom ceiling. We called Michael as he'd repaired a bathroom vent flashing leakage issue for us 3 weeks after we purchased our home in 2020 and again in September 2023 when we had a leakage issue. Each time his service was very quick and efficient.
After our call this morning, he came out about an hour later and fixed the issue around the gas heater vent. With all the rain in the forecast, we were worried we'd have to wait for scheduling. He had the issue fixed by lunch time! Excellent service and he provided us pictures of the issue and repair.
