Based on the two times I've used them, Firestone employees have been honest and straight forward with me. They didn't try to sell me anything I didn't need and they we so nice. Excellent service. And they're as honest as they come.
The Garner on 42 has the best customer service people! I'm sure the mechanics are great too because we've never had issues with the repair side of things but I just really appreciate the upbeat, positive and helpful attitude of the front office staff. Much appreciated!!
