HORRIBLE. Do not waste your time here! We had been going for years and they just cut off my child’s prescriptions for no reason. They don’t even have a real Dr here just a PA that doesn’t even see patients. Pathetic people and horrible humans. I have a recording where they just hung up on me as I was trying to work out a way to get the medicine for my kids. I’m going to lawyers and the media as they will not share my kids medical records so they can get the medication they need from a real Dr’s office. I can’t believe this place is still in business. If it wasn’t for the “Botox clinic” part of the practice then they would be closed.

I called on a Tuesday afternoon at 4:30pm with no answer. The message gave info about fees for being late & missing appointments & said to leave a message. My message was simple-my name & phone # & that I wanted info for an appointment for my daughter. It’s now 7:38pm Wednesday and I have yet to receive a call back! SO unprofessional & no way to run a business!

Terrible clinic- front desk is absolutely the worst. Not sure if they need a raise, or training but being a decent human being is something that cannot be taught. They are useless and really don't care about patient care- or just treating someone with respect. My mother was a patient there until today and was treated horribly. Good luck keeping patients. Get new front desk staff is all I can say.

This place is terrible. I went in for a Cyst that I needed drained. The doctor said she couldn’t drain it because I had to go to a dermatologist and get it removed. Long story short while waiting for the dermatologist appointment after about 4 weeks the Cyst broke and drained on it own. So she basically spent 3 minutes just looking at my back not even touching me. It was very apparent she just didn’t want to do it. The thing is now gone on its own. The kicker is they changed my insurance Company $300 and me a co pay of $55. I called them and they told me I had to put in a dispute. That was 3 weeks ago and I never got a response. Stay Away!!!

Please be careful at this establishment. The individuals working are incompetent and will use you for your money. I have an autoimmune disease and I need to do regular blood draws and battery of tests in order to make sure my condition has not changed. I went there since the reviews were good, and I had to change my primary care physician. During the consultation the PA was incredibly dismissive and would not listen to my health concerns. After much convincing she allowed a blood draw, with wellness tests. Before we began i was very adamant that I would only want tests that would be covered by the insurance because I would not be able to pay it otherwise. She assured me everything was covered and I signed the paper she gave me. A couple weeks later a bill worth thousands of dollars was sent to my residence. I immediately called my insurance and they said that the provider messed up and did not specify in the form that i have an autoimmune disease, causing the blood test to be unnecessary in the eyes of the insurance company. The insurance company told me to go back to the physician to have them revise her forms in order to have my insurance cover the tests. I went to the office multiple times pleading for them to revise and they never did. They were extremely rude, even hiding once we came into the office. I unfortunately had to get a loan to pay off the lab that my samples were sent to. This is all to say please be careful, you are worth more than horrible physicians that does not care about you or your health.

I want to bring to your attention the unfortunate experience my mom and I had at your facility. Despite our efforts to reschedule an appointment, we were met with unresponsiveness. When we visited in person, we were informed that new appointments were not being accepted because my dad had not been there for over a year. Moreover, we were threatened with police involvement if we did not leave immediately. This behavior is unacceptable and discriminatory. We noticed that the staff treated a white individual more favorably, and we firmly believe that we were treated unfairly because of our race. These actions reflect poorly on your establishment and require immediate attention.
