Dr. Mann is literally a gem, a diamond in the rough! At 53yo I’ve seen a few dentists over the years and I have to say, Dr. Mann is at the top of the list. I’m a Karen when it comes to dental care, well medial care in general! I vet providers prior to seeing them. I don’t blindly choose a provider just because they’re in-network and close to home. I travel from Clayton just to see Dr. Mann, and I will continue to do so until that is no longer a possibility for me. I see Erin for my cleanings and the process is always informative, quick, painless and WITHOUT judgement! I called and left a msg after hours on Tues, Feb. 25th! At 8:15am Wednesday am,, Kim called me to make an appt. for the following day at 1:30pm. They ended up seeing me even earlier. They are tops!
Dr. Mann is my go-to!! I have been visiting this office since I was a child and I am now in my twenties. The environment is warm and welcoming, the staff is extremely professional and personable, and the overall experience is exceptional. Dr. Mann is very knowledgable, up-front, and does a really great job at explaining treatment plans. I fully trust all my smile needs with his team and I highly recommend their office to anyone looking for a dentist in the Triangle.
