Jeff at Rocket Pest (formerly Alexander Exterminating Co.) was super friendly and knowledgeable and helped me get my german roast problem under control. He made sure I knew exactly what the treatment plan was and how it was going to work. Definitely recommend working directly with the office, they'll make sure you're taken care of.

I have been with Alexander since 1987. I am continuing with Rocket because of the excellent service of Jolene. I miss the personal phone calls to schedule, but again, Jolene is the reason I continue with Rocket.
