These guys are top notch! If you need HVAC services in the Raleigh area give them a call. I've been having heating issues recently and another company came out to take a look. They didn't find any issues and suggested having a new thermostat installed. Reggie with A Pleasant Environment came out and immediately started taking apart the HVAC system and cleaning parts like the burner to better diagnose the issue. He then sat around for over an hour watching it to further diagnose the issue. They believe it is the motherboard and rather than try to just upsell me, they are bringing a used motherboard over tomorrow to test the theory before we have to purchase a new one....read full review
