From the start process when Robert Stockham came to do the measurements. The LVP installers Marcelo and his guy (can't remember his name) to the two gentlemen that installed the carpet. This has been an amazing experience from start to finish. They transformed our house in a matter of three days. From start to finish they were all so professional, courteous and amazing craftsman in their chosen profession. Many thanks from myself and my wife Julie Sasser. Can't wait to have people over and show off the work

I purchased carpet for the 2nd floor of my home in June 2023The prices were a little high but I was tired of shopping and believed the value to be better since the company uses quality products and move some of the furniture for you.Overall I really love the look of the carpet & the contractor was very quick & precise. My only complaint is I noticed the carpet is still shedding alot and even though its super small there is a spot where the carpet has completely fallen out after just a few months and very little traffic on 2nd floor
