Jack, from South Wake HVAC, came out and had us up and running in no time. The ac fan had stopped working in the early hours of Sunday morning and the house was 85 degrees by 6pm. Jack was able to get here Monday afternoon and replace the faulty part that runs the fan. We're more than happy with their high level of service and concern for the customer.
Jack and Woody are amazing. So incredibly friendly & communication was fast and clear. Jack had our issue fixed very quickly but took time to explain everything to me (to include the unit he WASN'T working on) to make sure I understood. He made sure I knew we could follow up and let them know if we had issues again and he made great recommendations to help us keep our units running smoothly and as long as possible. Super huge thank you to South Wake!
