My daughter got her ears pierced and the staff was so caring and patient with her. My daughter is 11 and was ready to finally get them pierced but also nervous. They were so wonderful with her, easing her fears, and patiently walking her through the process. I highly recommend this place for piercing ears. 10/10!

My daughter had the best experience at Merle Norman in Fuquay Varina! We had a wonderful experience with Lauren! Lauren helped my daughter feel so much better! She taught her tricks to calm down, breathing techniques and let her take her time. I would definitely recommend Lauren and Merle Norman, thanks for such a wonderful experience helping my daughter to get her ears pierced at her pace.

My daughter got her ears pierced here for her 6th birthday and we couldn't be happier with the experience!!! Lauren and Kim were absolutely amazing, making my daughter feel comfortable every step of the way! They were extremely patient and caring. It was so great that they do both ears at the same time.....much needed for someone not so sure about how it was going to feel. Would most definitely recommend to anyone looking to get their little ones ears pierced. Wonderful!!
