Went in for an alignment after my shade tree mechanis. The techs fixed an immediate issue with a strut, and informed me of another issue preventing them from completing the alignment. Didn't charge me a dime. I'll be returning for that alignment once I repair my repairs. ?

Kyle and his staff are always friendly and greet me before I make it to the door. Kyle is super knowledgeable on tires and vehicle components. Kyle was honest about which tires would best suit me. Never felt like he was trying to pressure me. 4 tires and an alignment done much quicker than expected.

The Mavis location in Fuquay-Varina took care of me quickly this week. I took my 2016 F150 there to have a TPMS sensor replaced. Within 30 minutes they had it in, taken care of, and out to me and the TPMS warning light is now off again and reading pressures properly.
