Master Kim's World Champion Taekwondo

Master Lee and Master Kim do an incredible job, as do their younger coaches who help lead the classes. My son goes to Young Tigers (3-6 year olds) and there is a wide spread of experience and ability in the class but they manage it with such skill it’s really impressive. They are really masters at leading kids and creating an environment friendly for all to learn and develop while having fun and exercising.

I have trained here since I took my first steps over 20 years ago (I am 23). They said I could punch and kick before I could even run-- and I can easily call this dojang my second home.
Growing up on these mats, I was surrounded by mentors with incredible mental fortitude and physical capabilities-- I thought they were superheroes.
They challenged me to stretch the limits of my own imagination and push me to be the best at whatever I set my mind to. I was a wild child and have an even deeper respect for the masters and instructors that had the patience to grow alongside with me.

Every child should go through arts training, not only for the physical benefits, but for the character development too. I built foundations of resilience, vulnerability, leadership, compassion, humility, and respect in my youth before I knew what those words truly meant. I carry these lessons with me in my personal and professional life to this day.

I’ve gone to Grand Master Kim and Master Lee’s classes since I was in second grade and wouldn’t want to go to a class anywhere else. Through the classes taught here I’ve learned respect, responsibility, teamwork, and leadership skills that have been incredibly useful in my life.

Now that I’m a parent I have enrolled my 8 year old autistic son and he’s loved it as much as I have. In the half year he’s been taking classes here I’ve seen incredible improvements in his behavior both at home and school as well as his overall focus.

I couldn’t recommend this dojang enough, if you’re thinking of signing up for Tae Kwon Do, whether for yourself or your child, this is the place to be.

My son had the opportunity to experience Master Kim’s World Champion Taekwondo, and I am thoroughly impressed by the quality of instruction, the welcoming atmosphere, and the overall experience offered. Both Master Kim & Master Lee working so hard to make Taekwondo much fun place to learn!

Both Master Kim & Master Lee, are highly skilled and passionate about Taekwondo. They possess a deep knowledge of Taekwondo techniques and philosophies, and their ability to break down complex moves for students of all skill levels is commendable. Whether you're a beginner or an advanced practitioner, the instructors provide tailored guidance that helps you progress at your own pace. We moved from Seattle, he never wanted to go back to Taekwondo but after he met with both masters, he loves it & now he just got his Black Belt, we are so proud! We love Master Kim and Lee, they are amazing instructors.

My kids have been coming here for almost a year. We’ve been to several schools around the area. Máster Kim and Máster Lee are great with the kids. The teach the kids respect, discipline and Korean. I highly recommend their school for kids of all ages. My son and daughter both go and have learnt and grown so much.

The masters are very enthusiastic and work with kids well!
