Everyone was friendly and helpful. Scheduling was easy and timely. The appointment started on time and went smoothly and quickly, without feeling rushed. There's a good selection of glasses styles and companies and Stephanie is great at helping make the best selection for me.

This was our first time , at first we were not too happy because of the $50 cancellation charge if you cancel 48 hours even if is your first time to the office and need to cancel the receptionist said they will send you a cancellation fee . I think is a bit much ! Anyways we kept our appointments and the office is nice , the optometrist and her team the assistant too was amazing , Kim I think her name is she did great with our 9 year old making her feel at ease . My husband was also seeing for his annual visit , picking the Glasses was an amazing experience super nice guy ! . Always a great experience! Been a patient here for 11 years. Quick friendly service. I always ask for Luis for help picking glasses. He gives honest constructive feedback which is important when you can’t really see what you are picking out to wear every day for two years.
