Very friendly service from Pete and Mike. We made an appointment and they couldn't get us done quite when we expected but it was fine and only about 45 extra mins as they were very busy. The waiting area is very nice with comfy chairs and they have a tv and also charging stations for your phone or laptop while you wait. There are clean bathrooms and also a Pepsi machine in the lobby. I will be returning and will be a loyal customer :).
I recently had my front struts replaced and during the process, they experienced unforeseen issues that were very challenging but they handled it with credibility and great care not only for the overall performance of my vehicle but as well as for the safety of its passengers in mind. I would like to mention JOSH and PETE. They both really took good care of me & my Pilot. Please know the time, headache, labor and leg work you all as a team (especially JOSH) have put in have not gone unnoticed. Thank you so much! I have been coming here since 2023 and I am happy to have found one I can entrust my car needs. Thank you, Firestone!
Spoke to Lisa yesterday about tire pricing and she spent time with me explaining the different options. She was very friendly and helpful and I would definitely recommend this Firestone location for your service needs.
