Great help on numerous occasions. I've used them at least 3 times to resolve my issues. Reasonable prices, competent techs and quick response time. Today, I called and set up an appointment but shortly after scheduling the appointment, I solved my own problem identifying a full catch pan. When I canceled my service call, I received a pleasant response, and the tech even provided some tips on secondary issues to look for now that I solved the primary problem. They are local to me and will get my business from now on.
We don’t normally take the time to write a positive review but in this case we felt we had to. My family has been in Cary for over 30 years, we have replaced a couple of air conditioners using the “Big Name” companies and we have not been happy. This time when we needed our AC units replaced (we have two), we wanted to look into a smaller local company. We did our research and found Ellis AC.
