Craftsman Direct did a fine job replacing some rotted boards on my deck, took full payment for the job, and never returned to repaint the new wood. They were not responsive to my texts for eight months, when I finally gave up and asked for a partial refund for the work not completed. Again, no response and no partial refund.Service: Exterior structural repairs
