The service was prompt, efficient, and easy. Matt was available for every question that I had. I truly felt like they cared about what they were doing. Unfortunately that’s a rare quality these days! I submitted my claim with Liberty Mutual the night of our incident. Paul Davis Restoration called that same night to let us know they would be over the next morning. Mathew was very professional and knowledgeable and quickly accessed our damage and went to work to mitigate the issue.
