The owner actually listens to your needs. They do a very good job and a good cleanup as well. it may take a couple of times for them to get things exactly the way you want them but if you have the patience once they know your preferences everything comes out wonderful

I've had this company servicing my lawn for almost 10 years and have never had a problem. They came when expected, were careful of my flower beds, would always help me open fence for backyard, remembered areas I had pointed out to them as areas to be careful around. As a rule, the same crew came each time. In all these years, they have never not shown unless notification was made. The men work well and do a good job. They were always polite to this 67 year old from New York who expects to get what she pays for and if I dont you would hear me out here blasting them. This company has never given me reason to complain about the work they do for me. The negative reviews I've read truly surprise me.

Isn't there a negative rating? Service started out well. Then things started to happen. The crew kept knocking our stone step askew every time they mowed. Called and problem stopped. Crew cut off plastic cap to pipe exhaust, never told us and did poor job "fixing" it. Had to discover and fix it properly ourselves. Spoke to owner and let him know. Very apologetic and offered to fix it - we already had. Called in fall to scheduled aeration and put on list for spring - still not done in July!! Always an excuse. Last mowing they completely missed mowing one side, didn't trim against back of house and swirl cut backyard leaving weird patterns with narrow rows uncut in between. Tried contacting office, but no response to complaint. Always difficult getting in touch with office (unusual hours) or owner (poor call back). Finally had enough and discontinued service - tried calling to no avail. Finally sent a text and e-mail to terminate. Terribly disappointed as they came highly recommended by Soil Toppers and we prefer to use local businesses. Open to referrals!!!!!

I have used these guys for years now. The staff is always courteous and friendly. They always do a great job and are super responsive to calls or emails. I would highly recommend.

I live in the outskirts of Angier, NC, so getting lawn care services is difficult. After trying half a dozen lawn care companies, I can say that Carolina Pro Lawn Care is the only company to actually show up as scheduled. If you do have an issue, the owner or his wife will call you directly and do their best to make sure you service runs smoothly. I have found that the best way to contact them is through their website.

These guys do a great job cutting the vacant lots next to my property. Always looks good when they are done. They were even kind enough to help me finish mowing my back yard after seeing how much I was stuggling with my push mower!

Worst lawn care experience in over 10 years and 20+ properties! I hired this company to service my property every other Tuesday. From the start, I had nothing but issues. The first week they showed up on a Wednesday and only cut the back yard. They left grass clippings all over the yard and did not service the front yard at all. They failed to trim the bushes, leaf blow the driveway and patio, or edge the yard. All of which were services I paid for.Unfortunately, this was the best experience I had with Carolina Pro Lawn Care and it only got worse from there. They were supposed to come back two weeks later and never showed up despite paying them $40 for the service. After ignoring my emails for several days, I was finally able to get ahold of them. They said they didn't service the property because I had multiple dogs in my backyard. However, I don't have any dogs or pets on the property. At first I thought they tried the wrong house but they confirmed otherwise and said they would try again next week.The following week they did not show up again. I have reached out multiple times and they finally said there was a dog in my yard again even though there were still no animals on the property. I seriously doubt they even came by the property that day. At this point they have not mowed my grass in over 4 weeks. I had to cut it myself so I didn't receive a fine from the homeowners association. Carolina Lawn Care assured me they would be by in two weeks for scheduled service.As you can guess, they didn't show up again. I called to have them come out and they said they would come by on Wednesday instead. I waited at the house all day Wednesday to ensure there were no issues and everything went smoothly. As of 6pm, they had not come by and I was about to email them to see what the issue was. Right about that time, I received yet another email saying they had come by and my dogs were out again. Still not dogs on the property and my neighbors don't have dogs either.Its at this point I realized this company is nothing but dishonest. They will blatantly lie to your face and will look for ways to steal your money. If the weather is hot they will fabricate a story so they don't have to work in the heat. The customer service is horrible and I would not expect them to tell you the truth about their services. They will also refuse to return emails. This company is far from professional and I would recommend against using them for any of your lawn care needs. There are a lot better options with hard working, reliable workers. This company sucks! This review is helpful for others to avoid their services and is not considered slander.
