I have had a contract with American Comfort Solutions for many years( >10) they service my HVAC unit every 6 months like clockwork. The only time they found anything of significance wrong with our unit was when it came close to time to replace it, and they “bought” us a couple of more years to plan for the big purchase. It is a small local company and Carolyn has been the voice on the phone for as long as I can remember, and the servicemen always friendly, efficient, and more than willing to show me and explain to me everything they were doing. We had a quote for work from another company. It was very high. We called American Comfort Solutions for a second opinion and they saved us a lot of money. The other company suggested repairs and parts that were not needed. Thank you to American Comfort Solutions for your honesty.
