Let me just say- I have moved away and still bring my pup here.
My5 year old pitty mix is scared of everything, and prone to ear infections 2-3 times a year. No matter when one strikes they will treat him, and love him as well as his family. My dog loves the staff here and trusts them (very big for him). He is always feeling better within 12 hours, and I cannot express how relieved I am every time.
They have always been patient and kind to me as well. As a concerned pet owner, they have never once made me feel talked down to. The staff talks me though all of my treatment and financial options with respect and understanding. Almost everyone I have talked to here owns multiple animals and has a deep love for all their patients the same as their own.

Thank you for that ypu have done to help our boy Major in the end. The compassion you had for him and us when we had to make that decision no pet parent wants to make. You made him and us feel the love and compassion that you gave. I would definitely recommend anyone to you guys.

We moved to Fuquay Varina last year and had to find a vet for our two fur babies. We immediately felt welcome as soon as we walked in, and sensed that everyone there really cares for the animals and love what they do. One of our pups had infected anal glands that would not go away with antibiotics, and Dr. Toni gave us a solid treatment plan. He is now infection-free and is healthier than ever! I'd like to give a huge shout out Dr. Toni, Lindsey, Christina, and the rest of the team for taking care of our buddy each time we came in. We're very grateful to have found such a wonderful practice. 😊

We love 5 Points. Everyone that works there is so engaged and caring toward my dogs. My favorite thing, though, is that it feels like I'm taking my dogs to a doctor's office focused on patient care. So many vets now feel like a car dealership where they are constantly trying to lock you into packages/deals/plans from the moment you walk in the door.

I have been taking both my 60 pound Goldendoodle & my 8 pound maltipoo to 5 points animal hospital for about 2 years now. We absolutely LOVE Dr. Kevin, but have had to see other Dr's on certain occasions and have always been pleased with all services :). The girls up front are always so friendly, welcoming and professional on the phone or when you walk in the door. Everything we experienced on our very first visit has remained the same every single time and that's not something you get many places these days!
