Absolutely exceptional service! I run a local business, and I recently had an urgent situation with my Apple ID after my phone broke. The only way to regain access was through my MacBook, which also had a broken screen. Thankfully, I found Jimmy Kirchman, who went above and beyond to help me. He connected my MacBook to a monitor, allowing me to reset my password so I could log into my new phone.
Not only that, but he also fixed my MacBook at lightning speed, while other local competitors promised weeks for repairs. Jimmy is a genuinely great technician, extremely knowledgeable, and it’s clear that the entire company shares his exceptional standards.
Bought a new computer with Windows 11. Data transfer was completed quickly. Jonathan was especially helpful, patient with me and nice during the process. Only complaint is the size of the computer box - way too big!
