While traveling on vacation we stopped by simply to look around. I told Steve “hey we’re just looking” Steve said no problem at all, that we were welcome to walk and tour each home on the lot. He briefly explained the options available and went on his way. At our own pace we looked over the various homes on the lot. They have an Awesome selection and all styles of builds available. On the way out we talked some more with Steve and learned more about the tiny house movement and more options that were available. Nice homes for 1-2 people. Approximately 400 sq ft. Built on a tractor trailer frame, 10ft by 40ft. Some have lofts with a ceiling 3-4' above your head. I'd get the one without a loft.$125,000. If I could get a boxabl home, I would buy it. Google it

Gabriel was the greatest. He was so very helpful. Answered every question and made helpful suggestion. These are wonderfully crafted with so many options. It was so helpful to walk inside and really get the feel of the tiny homes. We fell in love.
