I have used Terminix at our vacation rental for the last 2 years. I am extremely satisfied and pests are minimal to nonexistent. I recently received a concern from a guest and I contacted Dylan. He responded quickly and thoroughly inspected. Thankfully, no pests were found. He communicated well during his visit. I appreciate the service and peace of mind I received. This is not the first review I've left for Franklin NC Terminix office. I just can't say enough about their customer service. We were planning to be in town one day only and needed both mice and ant issues resolved. We have an annual pest agreement with them and they moved hell and highwater to get out to our remote location to get the problem taken care of while we were in town. Having someone we can rely on these days for service is invaluable!

We really love Robert M. with Terminix and how patient he is when my children ask all their questions.I don't have insect or pest problems with routine spraying.Our guy is thorough and fantastic.
