For more than three years, I've been seeing Sarah Shuler for traditional Thai massage, and I can honestly say she has become one of the most valuable members of my personal wellness team. Recently, Sarah traveled to Thailand to continue her training and study with experienced instructors. I didn't think she could get any better, but somehow she did.
At 74 years old, staying active and maintaining my mobility is one of my highest priorities. Over the years I've invested thousands of dollars in quality nutrition, supplements, food sensitivity testing, and medical care to manage the effects of osteoarthritis and inflammation.
