We had some mold issues in our apartment and a special rug was in that same room. They were able to save the rug and completely remove all mold spores before any damage occurred. Luv ur rugs offers super accommodating, kind, and thoughtful care for a great price!
We took a second rug to these folks today as we were very pleased with the last cleaning. Nice people, explained process and priced fairly. Looking forward to bringing our rug back to life.
I put off cleaning our wool rug for too long. I was thrilled to find professionals who truly know what they are doing when it comes to cleaning high quality rugs. After talking with David, the owner, and meeting Calista, his daughter, I was very confident they would do a great job. I picked up our rug today, I and am so excited. They did exactly what they promised. Our rug looks just as good as the day we bought it years ago. They know what they are doing and are clearly committed to doing the best job they can do, and all for a reasonable price! I highly recommend Luv UR Rugs!!
