I got my first tattoo from Hellcat in West Palm Beach, FL 20 years ago. I moved to Waynesville 12 years ago and Hellcat opened up shop here! I was ecstatic and got 2 more tattoos here in Franklin! If I could give a 100 ? review I would.I am OBSESSED with the cover up I got a few days ago. Clean shop, friendly, straight shooting staff. Worked with my ideas and combined stellar technology where you can actually see the cover up on your own body. My cover up turned out WAY better than expected. And I will be a repeat customer.
