I was skeptical about chiropractic care, but Dr. Barnes at Barnes Wellness changed my life! After years of shoulder pain and sleepless nights, he fixed my shoulders in just TWO visits! I'm talking full nights of sleep, pain-free. Dr. Barnes is friendly, knowledgeable, and truly cares about his patients' well-being. Five stars isn't enough - I'd give him ten if I could!

I had been seeing a different chiropractor and was unhappy. I have mild scoliosis and he failed to address the problem. So I sought out Dr Barnes who took the time to listen to me and my concerns. So here I am 10 months later and almost completely pain free. My scoliosis is much improved and lower back pain has eased. I'm able to do more housework. Grocery shopping isn't a dreaded chore anymore. I am just amazed at how good I feel. I owe it all to Dr Barnes.

I recently moved to Franklin from Clemson, SC. By the grace of God I ended up in the office of William Barnes. He is so good, knowledgeable, professional and caring. (this also includes his staff). Little did I know that I sustained whip lash from a car accident I was involved in when I was about 40. After a very complete evaluation my whip lash was discovered. Neck issues and treatments are essential to everything below my neck. Following treatment, my body feels whole, painless and balanced. Sounds trite but my neck was controlling how I walk, the length of my legs, pain in my hips (you name it) I would highly recommend Barnes Wellness.
