We recently brought our dog in with an irritation on his paw. This was our first visit. It won't be our last. Everyone from the reception area, to the med tech to the vet herself treated us like family and treated Duke with care and compassion. The treatment cleared the irritation and I appreciated the follow up text messages!

Dr. Shower and her staff are caring and professional. I have three small dogs and also bring my dad's small dog to see Dr.Shower. I have had pleasant experiences with every visit. The receptionist is outstanding! She is very skilled at her position and is prompt to respond or reply and always with a smile.
