C. Massey Plumbing is a great experience, top notch from the first call to the final product. The greatest customer service and technicians are fantastic. The crew is very respectful and works efficiently. They are friendly, efficient, and professional, from the people who take the call to the service work and scoping sewage lines. The staff is very friendly and helpful, explaining the process of the issue and what they are doing to fix it. A top-tier plumbing operation gets a new water heater with no problems, excellent service, and great availability and flexibility. Shop local, and this should be the first call.
I am very pleased with the professional and friendly service provided by C. Massey Plumbing. We have used them for toilet repair, shower installation and water softening/filtration system. Prices are reasonable and service is quick!
Massey Plumbing installed a water softener system at our property today. They are timely with their work, knowledgeable and extremely professional. The process was reviewed with us with all of our questions answered. They also checked a couple of problems in addition to the system that we requested. We have been using them for more than 10 years and they have always been here in a timely manner handling whatever problem we called about. We thank them for being honest and straightforward with us.
We’ve worked with C Massey Plumbing for almost 10 years now on both home renovations, new builds, rental properties as well as at our personal home. They’ve consistently been excellent to work with. They are very responsive, fairly priced, and always reliable. It’s just been an all-around great experience every time we’ve needed plumbing work done. Highly recommend them!
