My baby comes here for daycare every so often and gets her nails done every few weeks. They always do an exceptional job taking care of her while she’s in their care. I strongly recommend The Paw palace for your babies.

If you love your babies DONT take them here. My babies ended up with broken teeth and they were only supposed to give them a trim and a paw clip tried to talk to the manager, and she was no help whatsoever. She didn’t care.

Dropped off my dog at 8am got a call at 2pm to tell me that they couldn't finish him today. Apparently he was being to difficult and trying to bite, so they tried a cone. For some dumb reason the person who finally started him, did so knowing they had an appointment and had to leave. Dasher, my dog, was scared to death, he wouldn't eat the beef jerky I gave him or drink water. They said he shit himself so they had to bathe him twice. He was there for 6 hours and the pictures show what that got us. If this was my job and this is all I got done in 6 hours, and I charged a penny, I would feel like shit. I had to pay 35 dollars for this, oh and had to make his appointment a full month in advance. Petsmart does a excellent job at grooming, they cost double but at least they get it done.

My mom takes her Shitzu here and she loves the convience of them coming to the car to get her and they bring the dogs/cats to you when done. Recommend

I took my dog up today for grooming at 9am I called at 3 I was told it would be a little while so at 4 I drove up and parked to wait on my 6lb malti poo I was told they were finishing her bath at 4-35 she was brought out to me I was so upset I didnt make any comment but my dog was cut like a poodle and I gave direct orders how i wanted her cut I”ve also send pictures twice to the manger she has never been cut correctly I guess they just totally didnt care what I said but I don’t recommend them to anyone when they keep your furbaby in a cage for 7 hrs she was so thirsty when she got home To me this is unexceptionable to leave a dog for that many hrs lock up just to get groomed make appointments and do the right thing taking over 25 dogs in one day is not acceptable when you need to leave some 6 or 7 hrs in a cage

We took 2 furbabies to them and all they did was gap them up. I strongly suggest not taking your furbaby there. Of course unless they have new people that know what they're doing now.
