The communication was pretty slow… I bought carpet from them because they’re local and my 2nd best option was cheaper than I could find elsewhere. I definitely wouldn’t recommend them if you’re pushed for time. Otherwise my experience was fine.
More than satisfied with my overall experience. Salesman was very knowledgeable, professional and helped me get the best bang for my buck. Installation date was set up very swiftly and when the installers arrived they were very polite, worked great together without one having to tell the other what to do. Very fast and careful with our furniture. They vacuumed the entire floor and around the walls when they were finished, even cleaned up their path to where my carpet was being installed, so it's like I never even had them in my house working. Thank you Mark and Dustin for your amazing workmanship.
The folks here are just the best. I went several places but got little to no customer service. I walked into Southern Carpets and as soon as I was in the door was greeted. They took the time to listen to what i wanted made great recommendations. The gentleman came out to give me an estimate and again answered more questions. The gentleman who did the install was professional and went sbob and beyond while installing my floors. Will use them again.
